must be addressed directly with each participant.
Advertisers and Listing Participants
All advertisers and listing participants agree that Subia Creative, this website
and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages
whatsoever whether direct, indirect or consequential. All advertisers and listing
participants further agree that any conflicts will be arbitrated under the laws
of Arizona within Maricopa County, Arizona. Under no circumstance shall Subia
Creative or this website be responsible for legal fees of advertisers or listing
participants.
All advertising, listing or banner fees are calendar-annual fees. Initial short calendar year fees will be prorated. Renewal fees are for the calendar year of January through December in a particular year. All fees are payable in advance and are not refundable. It is the sole responsibility of each advertiser or listing participant to thoroughly check and proofread all ads, banners and listings for accuracy of content and to immediately advise Subia Creative of any errors whatsoever whether such errors are made by Subia Creative or the advertiser or listing partner.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Venue for any conflict that concerns the use of this site or participation by any advertiser shall be Maricopa County Arizona.
